I have been going to burn boot camp but struggling with staying consistent in my diet. I am almost a year postpartum and still holding on to ~18 lb, so ready to let it go!
Starting a “30 Hard” tomorrow which goes perfectly with this challenge- whole food choices, more water, walking 30 min, & reading a nonfiction book vs scrolling… 🙈
