I never fathom being in a half marathon but that is where I found myself at 2 yrs ago- my first ever NYC half marathon. I was never into sports during my days in school. Didn't even know a half marathon was 13.1 miles but I was helping raise funds for good cause, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I did my first half marathon doing a run/walk interval and finished 2:43:00.

Challenge yourself! You never know what you are capable of doing until you try :)

Rest day today= diligent in staying with eating clean and not going over my caloric intake. This should be fun. Happy Friday everyone :)
