Going nice and stready. Looks like you found something that´s working as a lifestyle change. What´s your winning secret?

Ready 4 Change

Thank you! Yes, I'm trying to really make this a lifestyle change. I follow a plan called Radiant Recovery. It's not a diet but rather a way of eating and living that supports healing of sugar-sensitivity (a condition that contributes to compulsive eating, depression, addictions, etc.). I needed Dietbet to help keep me accountable to making the changes, though. But I'm really trying to focus on making healthy changes rather than focusing on dieting.

That´s so great. I too am really wanting to get down in grace so I will keep it off. It´s so much more than just eating. It´s about life and how I flow in it. Great to have you on the team!

Do you like FitBit? I'm trying to decide whether to get it or not.

Ready 4 Change

I do like it. It's supposed to be one of the most accurate pedometers, and it seems to be. I like it because it tells me my steps as well as how many miles I've gone. I wear it just about every day. Sometimes I have specific goals, sometimes not. But it always helps me be aware of how active (or sedentary) I am.
