Mooncat, I wanted to join the 8 plus group but I'm right on the verge of going under and don't want to stop and wait for a week. That's a couple more I can hopefully lose. Joined "Step into Summer" bc I'm having good success with 10,000 steps concepts. Enjoyed your positive outlook in posts!

I'm telling you that you can do it!! I got up for the past 4 days at 5am and did a 4 mile walking dvd (Leslie Sansone - Walk Slim 4 Fast miles) in 46 minutes! I try so many dvds and try to get out there but I always end up back to her dvds since I can actually do them! Got that one from Netflix to try. I did what you told me very little salt and tons of H20 and no tortilla chips (one of my down falls) and had salads for lunch and dinner. Went to the bathroom it seemed like every 15 minutes! Even in the middle of the night! Keep you in my thoughts! Cheering you on!! If you hear a voice it's just mine yelling at you that you can do it! Don't ignore it!!

keely, you're so funny! guess what? i have actually been following my own advice but i knew i was plateaued and i was fine with that. but after i read your post i actually weighed and i had made my goal! guess that's a good reminder about throwing in the towel lol :))

Mooncat, I'm so proud of you!! I knew you could do it!! I didn't sign up for another one yet. Will wait until the summer but will still try and stay strong.
