Find an activity you love to do. For me it’s hot yoga! When you enjoy your movement/activity it’s easier and more enjoyable to stick with!

Give yourself grace. It doesn’t need to be an all or nothing journey. If you don’t hit your goals, or go over your calorie limit, or don’t exercise as much as you wanted, remember you have still made progress from where you started and even small progress is still progress. A year worth of small progress won’t be so small.
