How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

When I’m struggling I choose one healthy thing to focus on & do well & I track that it. Such as water intake, exercise or food tracking. Then as I complete a week of one item I add another & another. It helps me to not feel overwhelmed.

Be consistent, not perfect. Break goals down into small steps. We all have days where we don’t do everything perfect. But you can reset your mind at any time of the day. Remember why you started, where you want to be, and what you need to do in order to reach that goal. Reset yourself and be consistent.
