Thanks for your encouragement but I'm ready to give up and go for a Big Mac meal. That's how frustrating it is. But good for you! How did you lose so much in a month?

I did go on vacation for a couple days and gained 4 pounds. I was afraid I would not make weight, but I made it. I go to fast food places and eat, but only the burger or chicken without the bun. I also get a salad for sides. I know it is not the same but try that instead of the meal.
