You can do it! I've been "eating clean." I basically avoid everything processed. I'll buy tomatoes instead of using canned marinara sauce or I'll make oatmeal from scratch instead of the pre-packaged kind. I don't really count calories to stay under a certain goal, but I log them in every day and I usually average between 1200-1600 per day. I've also been going to the gym 4-5 times each week and when I go I do 30 minutes of elliptical and that's it.

Try reading about eating clean or go on YouTube and watch some videos to get advice or get recipes. I think I remember you saying that you don't really like to cook, but cooking food yourself is the best thing you can do.

Thanks but now weight is up today because of my low cal but salty tamale I had for dinner! I love salt. In fact I'm working out tomorrow to specifically eat a smaller bag of chips while I watch "the bachelor" finale. Doing good otherwise. Keep up the great work!

Yay for running! I LOVE cooking! It's hard with a baby, but I've been making it work. What are your favorite recipes? What kind of dog do you have? I have an English Bulldog and a Great Dane.
