sounds like your mind is in the right place. how are your eating habits? you say that you're not overeating, but are you making healthy food choices? Your body is a machine, it can only run as well as the fuel you put in it. lean proteins and small amounts of carbs with lots of veggies will give you the energy you need to keep moving!
