    Do you already have a habit of drinking plenty of water every day, or is it a struggle for you to get it in? Just like anything else, the more you do something, the easier it becomes to then incorporate it into your everyday life. This process is about building good habits, that not only lasts us through the game but through the rest of our lives. How did everyone's first day go? What's your plan for day 2?

I used to drink a ton of water! ...and then my bad habits started. I have a watering a plant app, that I just started using again. Hoping that will help remind me, daily!
