Although I could have done worse, I definitely could have done better the last three weeks. I’m determined to get back on track and see the scale go down by Christmas time.

putting my chapter 2 and 3 together for my dissertation and getting some of chapter 1 written. I’d also like to stay strict with my eating and lose two pounds.
