Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed on point with my eating while on vacation and lost weight. An added bonus - I also got a lot of great exercise hiking.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

really nothing. Although I did allow myself a little indulgence a couple of times I kept it small and it satisfied.
