Sounds like You are taking your Dr seriously! Something many do not. Keep up the effort. Don't just look at cholesterol by itself: look at HDL and LDL as well. Gives you a better picture! Dietary restrictions help a little but exercise and reducing stress help a lot as well. You Go, Girl!!!!
