57% down!! I’m the type that can’t cheat or else I JUMPPPP off the wagon. Oh but how badly I want to, not cause of cravings necessarily but for convenience!!! A lot easier to just grab a croissant than to make some eggs for my low carb diet. Yummier to eat them both....

Week two started slow yesterday... Had to do a little self-motivation.. I got this! I decided last week that the reason I'm doing this is so that I can end this year on something positive. I want to end the year mentally and physically healthier than I started it! Hope everyone made it through Halloween weekend without weight gain and hope everyone has voted. Together we can do this!

What’s your game plan for Halloween? Are you sticking to your diet 100% or relaxing a little bit?

Personally, I’m on a short family vacation and plan on relaxing. I’m gonna try to take a 3 day break from the gym and just eat “normal”

Sticking with it. For me I have to or I fall off the wagon. I'm shooting for a life style change and enjoy my healthy treats I make.


I didn’t worry too much. I passed on the donuts that were offered to me, but my kids love sharing their Halloween candy so I had a few pieces, and had a small cocktail with my husband in the evening. Back on track today!

  • I may have missed adding a few things, but I'm trying so hard not to pick at things. It's so hard with little ones and making their food and trying to get them to eat it, especially when they want to feed to ????????

Hello, I’m Gina. I live in Fairfield, CA. Turning 39 years old in December. I reached my heaviest weight at 360 during quarantine. I’m currently down to 335. 6 years ago before I met my fiancé I was almost at 250, that’s my goal to get back to 250 or less before we get married in 2022. I plan to use DietBet to help keep me motivated. I just finished one. I did not win but I lost some weight and will try my best this go around. Good luck every one!!!
