I can't wait for my first weekly weigh in.. I am having a hard time staying focused but I joined this to lose some weight before Easter...I set some new small goals this week that I hope I will stick to. One of my goals is going to the gym on a consistent schedule 3x per week, and for me that means before my 9-5 job-- Instead of saving it to the end of the day when I am exhausted and full of excuses. I have 2 boys a 6 y/o & 4y/o .So I usually feel guilty after work and tend to make excuses and never stay consistent.
Today was the first day I knocked out my morning workout.
