Thank you , there is nothing wrong of eating the same thing . Specially if you like and and it helps you lose weight . Consistency is key . I make taco meat in big batches and freeze individually portions and it helps me a lot. I do cook a lot !

I started a water challenge at work - for month of November- 12 colleagues signed up - a friend is dragging me to the gym before work (up at 5:15) - 1 full week completed. I remember how I love mornings (no sarcasm) and I’m starting to meal prep again —- l love spicy rice bowls - keeping meals simple and what I like. Maybe - just maybe - I’ll lose some menopause weight.

Water is so important. How great that you have your coworkers in on it ! Amazing to wake up so early and go to the gym ! I have such poor sleep so when I wake up super early I do workout
