Hi Leila,
Yes, I'm trying to watch my carbs more. What do you think about this week's WW tip to eat more fruits? I'm trying to watch the sugars.

Hi Donna!
I can definitely understand your concern. Some fruits are higher in sugar content than others (there's a link below with more info). Fruit sugars would also be of great concern if you're diabetic. That's something to definitely be careful with. Otherwise, I think that daily intake of fruits would be beneficial as they provide vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, AND they fill you up. I have at least one banana, one orange and one apple per day, especially since being in the medical profession, it's easy to carry and I can eat on the go. Hope this helps!
