Tough time for me is late afternoon when I want to graze on snacks ~ and I’m not even hungry! Any tricks you all use for my ‘danger time’ would be appreciated.

This might be slightly different, but when I am dealing with hunger(boredom) cravings during the day/evening I like to make a cup of decaf tea. I've heard of other people saying brushing their teeth always gets rid of their cravings, but I've never actually tried that
