Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm proud of the calorie counting I've done in the final stretch of the game.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have been calorie counting the entire time. If I had done calorie counting the whole time, I would have lost more weight.

Non-scale victory of the week!

lots of things went well non scale victory wise: I passed all of my courses for the spring semester biology. which included Organic Chemistry, Principles of Biochemistry, Animal Behavior Lab, Animal Behavior (applied topics in Biology). I went to try on my wedding dress that was custom ordered back in November and it was too big (by at least 8 sizes) thanks to all of my hard work and motivation to keep my weightloss dreams in the forefront.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have maybe not celebrated as much as I did with food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Well, I learned that my sodium intake is what causes me to retain my water weight. So I've been focusing on micromanaging my salt intake levels.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have technically gone outside and walked to get food on campus instead of just driving to the other side and parking in the cafe lot.

Non-scale victory of the week!

well, despite not following my calorie deficiant quite so stringently it appears that I am still losing weight! TBH, I'd been avoiding the scale in fear that thw more calories I was eating (roughly 1600) or at least 500 cals more then my budgeted 1200 was going to have very negative connotations on my weight. so my nonscale victory this week is that I recognize that I don't have to follow an as extreme calorie deficiant that I was the last two months (1030) and I can still lose the weight in a more sustainable caloric intake amount

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

my shying away from the scale
