How did we do this weekend, friends? I definitely over indulged on Saturday but I picked myself right back up on Sunday and carried on. You don’t have to be perfect, just consistent.
So we weigh in April 30th to start May 2 or is the April weigh in from the last challenge? I’m just sick and tired of being sick and tired. I fall into processed foods and carbs because they feel easier so I am hoping that this group can give me motivation to try more real options. I’m also trying to add a 30 minute walk every day.
