Non-scale victory of the week!

I went on a youth group camping trip where I was not in charge of the menu and gained some weight. Here is to keeping me motivated for the rest of the summer.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did throw the cake away but at work I ate horribly with the desserts and pizza. Sunday was not too bad but I did have rice and two cookies. Then Monday I gave in and had a cinnamon roll. But I still lost weight....

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Taken food to work, put all the bad food out of my sight.

Head to the gym, mow the lawn, swim, and maybe hike. Food prep some salads.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had cake several days cause of a birthday but did not chow down every chance I got so that improvement. I did not get to the gym but have been super busy. I did go hiking Which felt great.

Eat less at night

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Maintaining once i get there. I like food too much. When something is on the line I do much better.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I need to make it to lift weights this week. I plan to continue cutting out processed foods and sugar. Substituting for lower carb options. Have food prepped in the fridge so I dont grab the unhealthy stuff.
