Yes! I'm exactly at my goal for the first round right now, but that can easily change depending on the time of day, etc. Hoping to get about 2 pounds lower by the next weight in. Thanks for the encouragement! Keep up the good work, I see you've lost 8 lbs or so already.

Hey! I see your doing Slow-carb also! I've had success on it in the past, I'm mixing in veggie juicing this time since eating all that spinach got difficult. Almost go time, Good luck!
