Wore a white top for the first time in 15-20yrs Putin public and didn’t give af.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food could’ve been way better this week. I indulged in cake at Beth’s party, nightly sunflower seeds and beers yesterday.

Did what I could. While weight loss is important to me, my mental and emotional health overall matter way more. I survived all the chaos this week without cracking.. that’s enough for me!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Didn’t eat myself into oblivion, despite the horrible week back.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not let Zak drama influence my workouts or eating. It seems I still comfort eat to soothe myself after emotional episodes and I avoided exercise because I just didn’t feel like it.
