On the top right hand side of main screen, you have "gifts" to give. Click on that and send a high 5 or other item to your teammates. :)

Hi ladies and thanks for the support. Yes I read born to run the day it was released and several others since. Peanutbutter is an issue also but it's not giving me the sugar spike chocolate is and I have since converted to PB2. Hope you both do well. I'm excited that I have to be accountable.
