This community is one of the most supportive I have found. I have been around and done many diets. This place is amazing!! I have been married almost 11 years. Support (in whatever your doing diet, weight loss, work, anything) is so important in a relationship. With out it the relationship has a very hard time flourishing. It has taken many battles, many time of trying and falling and point blank conversations with my spouse for him to realize that he doesn't have to agree with me, or even understand me.. but to support me is what I need. My husband can eat whatever, whenever and never gain weight. if he does gain a few pounds he simply cuts out the fries or donuts and is back to his goal weight. He doesn't get it.
If you ever need someone to chat with just let me know. :)
Good luck!
