It happens to everyone. Nothing to do but get back to it right away! I find that working out helps me expel some of the anxiety after I've had a bad eating day, and it helps me work some of it off. Maybe put in a little extra exercise to recover from the binge?

For at home workouts, I have a few Jillian Michaels DVDs that I like. The 30 Day Shred workout is about 30 minutes long, but you are working hard for those 30 minutes. It's short, and with a 2 1/2 year old, you'd likely be able to bang that out during her naps - of course, that's assuming she naps :).

It's tough, but if you try it, do what you can and stick with it!

AWW. ???? I love reading your posts. Dieting shouldn't be about a "diet", but a lifestyle change... which should also allow cheats once a week (as long as it is in moderation). We shouldn't deprive ourselves, at least for me, if thinki can't have something, I am miserable. I keep baking chocolate chips in my pantry (34 are 70 calories). I strongly recommend myfitnesspal app for calorie counting. ???? As for workouts, I love zumba or just dance 2 or 4 on the wii. ???? ???? keep up the posts, it's good to know some real feelings about dieting... and that someone else is feeling the same way. ... ???? You shouldn't feel unhealthy or bad from dieting. Try low processed foods. I feel like have so much more energy. ?
