Oh I’m determined to! :speak_no_evil:

I just went on a weeklong cruise, a couple of weeks ago, and stayed on track and was one of the first people at the gym every single day.  I’ve got the last 5-7 pounds that I keep kind of gaining and losing, gaining and losing, that I’m going to get rid of forever! So, when I’m on vacation, I’ll be maintaining. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’ve completed that twice, but I found it easier to do alternate day fasting . If you like it, maybe try ADF if you haven’t already.

Oh, but I’m trying to kill cancer cells. Alternate day fasting doesn’t do that. I’ve got MGUS which is a small amount of blood cells producing monoclonal antibodies. I’m trying to kill those off before it turns into multiple myeloma, a full blown blood cancer.
Alternate day fasting doesn’t induce autophagy either. That starts on day 4 of the fasting mimicking diet. Basically, your body starts to destroy and use for energy, any old, senescent cells that aren’t working right anymore. It’s rejuvenating. (Hard but rejuvenating, lol.)
