Thanks, pal. Congratulations to you too! You were watching and that helped me stay on track.

However, it wasn't like I had planned it out - early on, I overtrained and hurt my foot (metatarsalgia) when running. I couldn't run anymore, and T-25 was also out. I was feeling stupid about being a big mouth and proclaiming to the world that I'll do it. But I had to do it, now that I'd said if. I turned to cycling instead or running, and that helped me stay on track along with strength training and dieting:-)
