Started today at RPM spin. I don't have a full length mirror so I asked the spin instructor to do the photo. I brought my scale in so I could have consistency. I am having trouble uploading the photo, but i have it!! I am actually about a pound less than i thought. I was on vacation for the last 2.5 weeks and literally ate a gallon on rocky road ice cream during that time, so i am shocked that i am down that one pound. (oh, and also a 1 pound box of Sees chocolates) if i am being completely honest.
