Very inspirational.

I feel the same as you, I enjoy Wendy's and although I enjoy cooking my own meals there are times when I'll be out and instead of coming home and cooking I'll stop to get food there. I would be happy to drop two shirt sizes and not get winded trying to run 3km. It's not about the weight as much as it is about feeling good about myself.

You are not alone! Keep the healthy choices going and then that will be a new habit for you :) Good luck on your journey
