Woo hoo! I see you are over halfway to goal! I would be there too if I had weighed in the day before, ha ha. As it is, I am doing really well and losing. Usually, I keep cheating for the first two weeks, then kill myself to make goal in the last two weeks. This time, I am trying the moderate approach, where I can have some bad carbs like potato chips, etc., but I am dishing out a portion, then putting the bag away. I am hoping this approach will alleviate my desire to binge on all those carbs that I really wanted during the DB. We'll see. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. But if it is broken, try a new approach!

Ahhh! From eating over the weekend and my monthly friend, my weight went up 3 lbs since friday. I know it's food and water weight but that stinks to see in the scale. I just joined another dietbet, eat drink be skinny part 1. Back to beast mode. Have a healthy week!!
