  • My favorite bottle, stays cold forever! I try to get 80 oz , Dr orders. I always have water in my car as I do life and beside my bed. I drink plain water and water flavored electrolytes- Dr orders.

    Breakfast was a protein shake with frozen blueberries
    Midmorning snack was a cup of fresh watermelon
