Hi everyone, I’m Melodie from St. Louis. I found diet bet about five years ago and it helped me to lose about 90 pounds in a year. But I fell off the wagon and have gained it all back, so I’m essentially starting over. This time I’m going to make better choices that I can stick to. I’ve been participating in a StepBet to lose weight because it’s way more steps I would take every day than with my normal workouts. I’m comtinuing with that and joined this I’ve lost 7 lbs over a 4-week period with that, but I want to focus now on working on portion control and eating healthier snacks. I’m doing enough exercise now but need to focus on nutrition. And man, I’m hoping putting money on the line and support from others will help.

Did a no gain November with friends. Did not work. Just gained tons of weight. Now I’m way up . Feeling defeated as I went to put a pair of jeans on that I bought in October and I can’t Zip them.

My goal for this challenge is to be able to zip them up. Here’s to a healthier life. Not just weight loss!

  • My favorite bottle, stays cold forever! I try to get 80 oz , Dr orders. I always have water in my car as I do life and beside my bed. I drink plain water and water flavored electrolytes- Dr orders.
