This is a great place to start. I did one other DietBet. I didn't meet my goal but I did lose weight. Best part about it was the support you get from the other folks. We all get it. I'm going to be turning 50 in November. I have about 100 pounds to lose, but I keep reminding myself that it took a long time to get this way - it will take awhile to get it off. One day at a time and celebrate every single pound that you drop.

I feel like you wrote my story. Wow, we have a lot in common. Especially just turning 40 myself. Maybe we can work together and keep each other accountable? I need to just stop this roller coaster too and just figure this out once and for all. Keep your chin up, somehow someway we will do this!!
