The bike seats are awful, especially during an hour long SPIN class. Even though they're more difficult, I like the "uphill" segments cause it means I'm not sitting on that seat for a while.

I'm thinking your graduation day isn't the end of your weight loss journey. Maintenance could be the equivalent of you weight loss MBA, and it takes a lifetime to master. After reading your blog, I don't think you'll have any trouble adding another "little" goal.
