- I’ve been experimenting with different meal prep ideas and I like to do things that can be frozen to save me time later. Here is my lunch today- frozen peas with a portion of frozen leftover slow cooker chicken. That recipe was basically cooking chicken breast with mixed veggies and low sodium chicken broth. I made way too much but now I have several portions frozen for my work lunches.
