I see a difference is my ability to push my exercise. I'm able to move faster and further than before

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was able to side walk w sons horseback riding for 2 1/2 hours. A cashier at the grocery store said "you look good." asked me what I'm doing

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I want to keep weight lifting but am worried about retention during monthly weigh ins I think I need to dedicate myself to the fact that strength does not always mean lighter
