Went to work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate ok but could’ve worked out more. Definitely not trying to lose another Transformer in the same year.

Work out more regularly and add in more fruits and vegetables. Drink way more water and get more sleep each night.

Feel good that I started biking again. Even if it’s mostly on the indoor trainer. like that even at current weight which is higher than expected, is coming down .

Eased up on the white rice, added in more veg.

intermittent fasting helped me reduce meat consumption even more. Made me think about what I really wanted to eat after 18 hours.

Sleep more but I did get more rest than usual .

Work is better. Food tracking is paying off. Weight is truly lost in the kitchen not the gym.

Had a good week at work but have to prioritize drinking more water and adding in strength training.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ordered a pizza and wings last night but ended up dozing off because delivery was showing almost 2 hours. Anyway, ordered around 8 but when I woke up around 4 because of contactless delivery food was long gone. Website showed it was delivered but it's all good. Those calories are on someone elses hips today and I actually show a loss for the week so I'll take it.

Ran a mile again a few days ago. Last mile was June 5th, Global Running Day.

Been trying to be mindful of drinking more water. Improved but still a work in progress .
