Ran a mile again a few days ago. Last mile was June 5th, Global Running Day.

Been trying to be mindful of drinking more water. Improved but still a work in progress .

Getting easier to eat healthier and eat less. Rode the bike almost every day this week; in strong winds and in light snow.

Walk at least 5 days and ride at least one long ride again like today's. Still working on the diet with adding in more natural stuff.

Could have done more physically although I did take advantage of the warmer weather and clean the gutters.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Walk at least 6 miles is my goal for this coming week but my goal for 2018 is to lose at least 60 pounds.

To eat 2050 calories or less 5 to 6 days of the week. Online calculator says if I eat this amount for the next 6 months I'll hit my weight loss goal.
