Don't really want to LOSE weight but a few pounds I guess is okay. I more so need to tone my body, build up my cardio so I can keep up with my kids. So if I have to lose 4.5lbs to do so, then so be it.

I know what you mean I just started up 3wks ago after 5 months of nothing and it's like learning how to ride a bike again! But we will get through it little by little!
