I use Calorie Count which shows me my net calories at the end if each day. Because of the amount I'm trying to lose, I need to burn 1250 calories more than I eat. So if I'm super hungry and I eat more, then I have to bust my butt more too! To lose a pound a week, you'll want to burn 500 calories more than you eat. Calorie Count also accounts for the calories your body burns just being alive (breathing, digesting etc) so I feel it's a pretty accurate number to go by :D. I hope that helps!

Thanks! After this dietbet I am raising my caloric intake to do weight trainer so I have an appt with a nutritionist to be safe

Depends on what you crave and where you are home or work. Just keep heathful low calorie snacks available a all time. Something that you like but not love. For me home baby carrots and hummus or strawberries or other easy to grab fruits. On the go or in the car a Quest bar which I keep in a little sandwich baggie so i just eat part of the bar a save the rest for later. These do not taste as good as some of the more candy like varieties so you are less tempted to eat the whole thing. Also always have fruit type tea in had which i brew my self. Just keep the in commuter mugs when i am out or in the fridge. Also have a warm cup when I am preparing dinner. I guess thinking ahead and being prepared which good choices on hand.
