Staying within calories for the most part. Not binging!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe worked out a bit more but I was sore so that's okay. Drink more water.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Stay on track with nutrition. Work out 4-5 days. Might be 4 with the race on Saturday so I don't overdo it. Have a good race!

Did lots of exercise this week, feeling good in my clothes and generally feeling pretty good

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

don't let late night snacking get out of control. It's okay to have a small snack when I'm hungry but it doesn't mean that I should be eating anything and everything because of that. It puts me back too far.

Pants are definitely getting looser now. Recovered from a really bad day and did well yesterday. Looking forward to staying on track again.

Just not overeating or snacking in the evenings.

Staying on track with no cheats for the whole week and clothes feeling better already.

Nothing really. Drink more water during the day and less diet Coke.
