I’m struggling to see the lbs come off. I’ve quit drinking alcohol and am only drinking water (and coffee.) I’m focusing on more protein and less carbs. I’m working out 4 days a week weights and 2 days cardio. And I feel like nothing is happening! Is anyone else struggling like me?
Thanks so much for the encouragement @Deena E! I was finally seeing some movement and then had a series of events that put me on a hard plateau. I’m finally moving in the right direction again. I hope you’re doing great as well!
In a large skillet or stock pot, stir fry the vegetables and garlic in a little olive oil. Add the chicken and chicken broth to cover the vegetables and make it soupy.
^^it isn’t super low carb as is, but if you swapped the honey? Not sure on carbs for quinoa but you could always serve it over spaghetti squash or in a low carb wrap. Or as an Asian lettuce wrap!
