Life has different demands every day. The fact that you didn't stick to your 1500 cals or 5 workout days is irrelevant because you saw results (but don't lower your bar because aiming for it is what will keep you close). It might actually better because you set some flexible precedents that will bend and sway with your everyday life, rather than rigid ones that are more likely to snap.
