Hey Ashley, I know all about justifying what I am eating and also eating because I figure I will never be the bikini size I want to. My boyfriend was just diagnosed with liver cancer and I have been so upset and stressed that I was eating everything. But then I realized that eating that way was only making me feel worse. I made the decision to eat clean and healthy and with just that I feel 100 times better. I started exercising again and that helps, too. When I eat healthier and exercise, I feel better about myself. It's kind of like a reverse of the negative cycle that the unhealthy eating was dragging me into. We are all in this together and I know you can do it. Baby steps go a long way towards living a healthy life. We can do this.

Try not to judge your own body by looking at others' (with their different genes/metabolisms/habits)! Trust me, I used to do that constantly with my naturally slim friends and all it did was feed an unhealthy negative piece inside me that didn't do any good. Remember that you always have tomorrow to meet your healthy habit goals! Start new every morning and remember that you are beautiful no matter what size you are :)

Amber! Keep on! We're all doing this together! I totally feel you about being the meatiest of my bikini ready friends too. But trying to love myself helps me shifting the attention from other downers. Do this as favor of yourself, this is an act of love for your body. Lets get healthy!
