Hi Julie. Not right away. I joined one though to see how other people are hosting and get some ideas (and to lose a few pounds). If I do another one maybe it will be May or this summer.

Wow! Your recipes look really great! I love using my instapot to cook chicken or a turkey tenderloin in and it doesn’t take long.

  • Let's get this party started. I hope you enjoy this game, and I would love to be the BEST host on Dietbet. So, tell me what you need from me! During this game, I promise to log in every day and share a low calorie meal or recipe. I also plan to look for all your comments and questions to respond. (although I think the Dietbet activity feed is sometimes difficult to see new posts, but I will try!).

    What's your goals this month? Who's excited?

    Here's today's recipe to get us started.
    Today I'm making my American version of chicken enchilada's for dinner. I make this with:
    Tortillas wrapped with
    Chicken
    Cream cheese
    and salsa.
    and then cheese sprinkled on top and baked.
    This is so simple and my whole family LOVES IT.

I really found it helpful to be challenged NOT to snack between meals. Even just a couple crackers while playing with my toddler can really throw a wrench in my progress bc it’s so easy to forget to track.

I couldn't agree more Holly! Snacking (or grazing) adds up to so many calories. And it usually happens when we aren't even aware until we already swallowed the food! LOL
