I have been feeling great! eating super healthy meals and watching my portions! when I overeat I feel SO gross! my stomach hurts, I feel bloated! my all around attitude is so much when maintaining a healthy lifestyle!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been using the lose it app everyday! even Sat and Sunday! no expectations! I have worked out everyday this week!!! I included mobility and stretching as recovery days! this app and Competition has really got me going in the right direction!
