Still making progress & you won the early challenges so not really out any money! Look on the bright side! I’m right at my goal with a week left, but need to lose a couple more lbs to feel comfortable for weigh-in day…but this was the start of my journey & weight always comes off easiest at the beginning. I’m sure future go rounds will be harder to successfully complete.

Thank you so much for the encouraging words Andy & JM384849! I tend to be so hard on myself when it comes to losing weight and forget that the little wins matter too! Thank you for the reminders. I'm going out for an anniversary lunch with my husband, so I wanted to eat a light healthy breakfast instead of the usual bowl of oatmeal or Cheerios with fruit.
I used my Ninja blender to make a smoothie:
3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup baby spinach
small banana
1/2 pink lady apple
1 small carrot
1/3 cup quick oats
scoop collagen
a few drops vanilla & dash cinnamon

Yum! I'll have a veggie wrap for lunch. I may update later with that photo!

How is everyone doing? I'm lacking motivation. The scale is not my friend (in fact, I'm up 2lbs) and despite drinking almost a gallon of water daily and eating healthier and fasting 16/8. This time around I'm stuck. What helps to get the scale moving when your body has remained at the same weight for years? I've been in the 170s for 10yrs and go up and down the same 10lbs. But want to see and feel most comfortable in the 160s. Thanks for any tips/advice and hope you all are doing great this week! 🏃‍♀️🏃 💪

Angela, you know I was just wondering about that. I have so many symptoms of hypothyroid. What is ft3 & ft4? I've not heard of those tests.
