I have a question about membership. If I become a member, how does maintenance work? I only have a couple kilos to lose so not sure that continuing to join bets where I have to lose 4% makes sense... who can i talk to about this?

How is everyone doing in Week 3 -- sorry for my disappearing act! It was a week here....hospitals and the like.

Despite the travails, I did manage to stay pretty true to my goals. It is always hard to that though, isn't it? Whether it's travel or emergencies or other less major pop-ups, if we don't have a firm routine in place, it's hard to be derailed.

The great thing about these challenges is that four weeks is not only a good way to kickstart weightloss, it can help develop the habits necessary to stick to our plans when times are tougher.

What changes are you making in your life right now that you want to be firm by the end of the challenge so you stay on track?
