I just wanted to say that I am proud of each and every one of you. It can be tough just deciding that you're gonna put in money to do this. I've seen so many people be super encouraging and motivating, and I want to say thank you for that. Great job everyone on being bold and courageous and willing to add photos and post helpful ideas. I am proud to be a part of this group. And if you didn't lose much or anything, I am still proud of you. You still signed up. You still tried. You still prioritized yourself. Let's end this year with a bang, and make yourself a priority, because your worth it!

Stop starting at the scale - rely solely on how you feel, how your clothes are fitting, and take measurements!!
Screw the Scale - Inches is where it's at! This will most likely be my last diet bet, doing these bets have really changed how I see the scale; chasing that Big number at the top is not healthy and I need to focus more on how I feel instead of being discouraged because I'm up 5 pounds since I started.

  • I was going to join day 1 but life got in the way, here we go with 15 days to go! Regardless of whether I make it, I know any progress is good progress. Here’s my lunch- turkey burger lettuce wrap with brussel sprouts and street corn! Also going to focus on water + steps.

I haven't had any sodas or sweet treats (candy, brownies, cookies, etc) since a day before this game started. The scale has moved 3 pounds or so and is now stagnant, however, I put on a pair of shorts just now and they weren't slightly suffocating at the waist line anymore. It makes it feel so worth it. I don't try to fit sweets into my daily calories either because I'm a sugar addict and I know I will spiral with just one bad item. I have found that I have less interest in eating now so I guess that proves the hold that sugar has on the body.

  • Late entry here but I just got back from vacation and need an extra push to get back on track. I’m a mindset and nutrition coach from Germany, so I should know what I’m doing nutrition wise but family life, my house, job and business have kept me off my „this is where I feel comfortable“ weight, so here I am 🙋?????

    I’m primarily doing BODi workouts and currently feel that itch to start running. I‘ve run a couple of 5Ks before, now I want to aim for a 10K 💪???
