Sunday-this morning, i had a mini vacation of visiting my grandma in Tennessee! It was so beautiful and relaxing. I ate too many home-cooked southern meals lol. Then went to pigion forge to shop a little and of course had to stop at buc-ees. All to say, I had way to many things I should not have been eating! I havent got on the scale yet this morning to see what the damage is but either way is ok! I will start back on my normal eating today and get back to it right away!

Aw fun and sweet. This stuff feeds the soul. So it’s great to allow yourself to enjoy in the moment. But with awareness and then you get back on track when vacay is done. That’s the mindset I’m trying to embody to make this more of a sustainable lifestyle change

I'm still mostly housebound due to agoraphobia, but yesterday I managed to walk up and down my street several times, a couple of friends came and walked with me so my anxiety wasn't bad at all. Managed almost 4000 steps yesterday. Which sounds like nothing compared to some of you megastars, but that's HUGE for me! Sadly, it's a bad brain day today, so I hyperventilated before I even opened my front door hahahaha, oh well, maybe tomorrow!

Weekends are tough for me too!! This one wasn’t bad but that was because I just wasn’t hungry yesterday lol. I’m ready to get back to it today though!

ugh, so after my two runs being successful, on my off day, I rolled my ankle just by getting up from a chair while my foot was asleep. Put me out of commission for a few days, got my period in that timeframe, overate due to stress (which I am trying so hard to redirect, but obviously not hard enough). It is Sunday, my ankle feels better, period is over and I am trying to reboot, but I feel like such a failure. AGAIN.

Girl I am right there with you. Last week I had a new low on the scale so I tried on a pair of shorts from like last year and I looked like a busted can of biscuits :see_no_evil: so I proceeded to eat my feelings. But it’s a new day, we can make it a great week!!
