Consistency and Sustainability. You need to be more consistent over time than you’re not and you need to pick a workout and a nutrition plan that works for you. FOR. YOU. It’s not a one size fits all world- different things work for different people. It needs to be sustainable- this is for your lifetime. Not just 4 wks.

Holy moly. I know this week is likely mostly water weight but I’m killing’ it. After MANY false starts for the past 2 years, something just clicked. I don’t know if it is the thought of loosing money I can’t afford to lose or something else, but something changed in my mindset!:muscle: Maybe the stars and planets are just all aligned in the right places this year.:smile: You can do it folks. It’s totally mental. Flip the switch. I’m not 100% sure how it happened but if I figure it out, I’ll share with all. :two_hearts:
